Manitowoc County Community on Transition |
The educators, community agencies, parents, employers and service providers of the Manitowoc County Community on Transition work together to provide a continuum of services for students with disabilities as they transition from secondary schools to work, higher education and/or community living. Through cooperative and collaborative efforts, we strive to prepare students and their families for a smooth and successful transition to adult living. |
