The 2024-25 school year marks my sixth year of teaching at Koenig in the Two Rivers School District. I am so impressed with how well the administration and staff care about our Koenig students and their families. My Bachelors Degree is in P.E./Fitness from UW-La Crosse, later returning to school for my Masters in Education from National-Louis University. I taught 5th/6th grade and Kindergarten for several years on Mackinac Island in Michigan, followed by three years as a Physical Education/Athletic Director for a private school in Peoria, IL. While I was raising my daughter C.C., you might have seen my face at the Y where I was an instructor and massage therapist. Fitness is a bit of a hobby for me and I spend lots of my time on my bike, hiking in the woods or in the pool. I also enjoy time with my husband, Mike, and my daughter, CC. We get away to the U.P. as much as possible to enjoy some great towns and the beauty of Lake Superior. I can also be just as happy tucked in at home with a good book, project or puzzle.
